BEACH INFORMATION

Bay View Beach is a spacious neighborhood beach with few amenities. The sand is filled with crushed shells and pebbles with a mild grade to the calm water.

Welch’s Point Park is within 5 minutes walking and has a small playground area and basketball court.

Food
The beach does not allow bottles, cans, or picnicking.

What are the Beach hours? 

  • Beach hours are from 7 am until 10 PM.  From 10 PM until 7 am the beach is closed  

What are the Lifeguard hours? 

  • 10 am to 5 pm 7 days a week. Sundays and Holidays –  3 lifeguards will be on duty.   
  • Monday – Saturday a minimum of 2 lifeguards will be on duty   

Is Bay View a private beach? 

  • Bay View Beach is a private beach and is available to all homeowners within the association limits.  Each home is provided with one beach tag and can be used by homeowners and their families or guests.  Beach homes that are rental properties must provide the tenants of the property the use of a beach tag. 

How do you replace beach tag? 

  • Replacement tags can be provided by the Clerk of the Association by the homeowner for a fee of $10.00.

Is there an association fee to live in Bay View?  

  • Yes, each home is sent a bill. 

Can I eat or drink on the beach? 

  • At this time there is no eating, drinking, or coolers allowed on the beach.
